The Villa

As you enter the spacious living space, you are welcomed by cozy couches where you can enjoy your favorite series or flix on the TV. The open plan layout leads you to a dining area by a fireplace that sets the tone for relaxing and memorable moments with your loved ones. On the other side of the space is another indoor dining area that transitions to a fully equipped kitchen, which is truly a chef’s delight. It is complete with modern amenities and a layout that makes meal preparation a breeze. You also have the option of dining al fresco and are up the BBQ, while you enjoy delicious meals under the open sky and soak in the picturesque surroundings. With four bedrooms featuring a mix of double and single beds, as well as four bathrooms and an additional guest bathroom, this villa offers ample space and privacy for your utmost comfort. The bedrooms are equally spacious and feature either a work space or seating area. All rooms offer stunning sea views from the windows. The villa also offers a cinema room which provides entertainment for cozy movie nights or relaxing moments indoors, as it also features plush couches. • PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately. • No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time & work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some ‘party friendly’ properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property. • AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect. • Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that. • Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM – 5.00 AM). • Check-out is at latest 11AM. • You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
