\nPuerto Ban\u00fas is known as an exclusive sailing and leisure port which is a benchmark in Europe. By living in the heart of Puerto Ban\u00fas, you’re just a few footsteps away from the marina, beach clubs, eateries and designer shopping. Puerto Ban\u00fas offers an amazing wealth of facilities and attractions; including beautiful beaches on either side of the port, a myriad of restaurants and bars, water sports, golf, a casino, cinema and an amazing selection of upmarket and expensive fashion boutiques; there is also an El Corte Ingl\u00e9s department store here, the largest department store chain in Spain.
\nThe area is ideal for those who wish to be based close to the beaches, nightlife and amenities of the area, and it’s also an excellent base to explore the whole of the Costa del Sol. The beaches over here contains a lovely stretch of golden sand, which is thought to be one of the best along the Costa del Sol. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time & work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some ‘party friendly’ properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

\n\u2022 Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
