De zwembaden zijn geopend tussen mei en oktober. Het kinderzwembad is het hele jaar geopend. Padelbaan is ook het hele jaar door beschikbaar en gratis bespeelbaar. De accommodatie is zeer centraal gelegen, dus in het hoogseizoen juli-augustus is het misschien niet geschikt voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen, omdat het er een beetje druk kan zijn.

Marbella is a town that offers a wide range of activities to keep you occupied, active or entertained for 365 days a year. Whilst lounging in the sun at one of our many beautiful Beach Clubs maybe the top of your things to-do-list, whilst here there are several alternatives depending on whether relaxation or adventure is the priority of the day!
Puerto Banús is known as an exclusive sailing and leisure port which is a benchmark in Europe. By living in the heart of Puerto Banús, you’re just a few footsteps away from the marina, beach clubs, eateries and designer shopping. Puerto Banús offers an amazing wealth of facilities and attractions; including beautiful beaches on either side of the port, a myriad of restaurants and bars, water sports, golf, a casino, cinema and an amazing selection of upmarket and expensive fashion boutiques; there is also an El Corte Inglés department store here, the largest department store chain in Spain.
The area is ideal for those who wish to be based close to the beaches, nightlife and amenities of the area, and it’s also an excellent base to explore the whole of the Costa del Sol. The beaches over here contains a lovely stretch of golden sand, which is thought to be one of the best along the Costa del Sol. The town was developed for entertainment and there are more restaurants and bars than anything else here. The port is lined with upmarket Spanish seafood restaurants, American hamburger joints, Italian eateries and food from all over the world basically.
Puerto Banús offer a full range of sporting facilities that are accessible whatever the season. If you prefer water sports, Puerto Banús beaches has them all.
Access to golf is outstanding as El Rosario is adjacent to Santa Clara Gold and the Marbella Golf Country Club. For their parts, Greenlife Golf, Santa María and Cabopino golf are three other courses only a couple of kilometres’ drive to the east.

Other Things to Note

• HuisdierenHoeveel we ook van huisdieren houden, we moeten weten met welk type huisdier u wilt reizen voordat we uw wensen kunnen accepteren. Vraag het ons gerust in de chat en wij antwoorden direct. • Geen feestjes. Uiteraard mag je overdag en 's avonds muziek afspelen, maar het moet wel op een niveau zijn waar de buren geen last van hebben. Vanaf 22.00 uur zal het erg stil zijn uit respect voor je buren die fulltime in Marbella wonen en 's ochtends werken. Als u van plan bent om te feesten, laat het ons dan weten, zodat u in plaats daarvan een aantal ‘feestvriendelijke’ accommodaties kunt aanbevelen. Er geldt ook een nultolerantie voor het gebruik van drugs in de accommodatie. • AC/verwarming Schakel de AC uit als u niet thuis bent en als u uitcheckt. Houd voor het beste effect alle ramen gesloten wanneer u het systeem gebruikt. • Waarborgsom. Respecteer de gemeenschapsregels en laat de woning in dezelfde staat achter als toen u aankwam, behalve de schoonmaak. Wij willen de borg terugstorten en als je de regels respecteert zijn er geen problemen. Het niet respecteren van de gemeenschap (feest, luide muziek enz.) zal ertoe leiden dat u de borg kwijtraakt of, in het ergste geval, dat u de accommodatie eerder moet verlaten dan verwacht, dus respecteer dat alstublieft. • Inchecken is mogelijk tussen 16.00 - 21.00 uur. Latere aankomst is ook mogelijk tegen een toeslag van 40 euro (tussen 21.00 - 05.00 uur). • Uitchecken is uiterlijk 11.00 uur. • U ontvangt voor uw aankomst een boekje met informatie over extra services: luchthaventransfer, autoverhuur, dagelijkse schoonmaak, babyspullen, privékok, boodschappenbevoorrading en ook een gids met aanbevelingen die we door de jaren heen in Marbella hebben verzameld.
