The terrace also benefits from a ceiling fan for the balmy nights, electric awnings, and glass curtains for the cooler days and evenings.<\/p>\n<p>The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. There are 2 further double bedrooms that share a bathroom with a rain shower.<\/p>\n<p>There is aircon and wifi throughout, a dedicated parking space in the garage, and a lift to the apartment.<\/p>\n<p>The gated urbanisation, with 24hr security, boasts vast grassed areas, 2 swimming pools: one large lagoon-style, and a children\u2019s pool. There is direct access to the beach.<\/p>\n<p>There is a supermarket within walking distance, and a 5 minute walk along the beach will get you to some beach restaurants and bars.
