Whilst lounging in the sun at one of our many beautiful Beach Clubs maybe the top of your things to-do-list, whilst here there are several alternatives depending on whether relaxation or adventure is the priority of the day!
\nPuerto Ban\u00fas is known as an exclusive sailing and leisure port which is a benchmark in Europe. By living in the heart of Puerto Ban\u00fas, you’re just a few footsteps away from the marina, beach clubs, eateries and designer shopping. Puerto Ban\u00fas offers an amazing wealth of facilities and attractions; including beautiful beaches on either side of the port, a myriad of restaurants and bars, water sports, golf, a casino, cinema and an amazing selection of upmarket and expensive fashion boutiques; there is also an El Corte Ingl\u00e9s department store here, the largest department store chain in Spain.
\nThe area is ideal for those who wish to be based close to the beaches, nightlife and amenities of the area, and it’s also an excellent base to explore the whole of the Costa del Sol. The beaches over here contains a lovely stretch of golden sand, which is thought to be one of the best along the Costa del Sol. The town was developed for entertainment and there are more restaurants and bars than anything else here. The port is lined with upmarket Spanish seafood restaurants, American hamburger joints, Italian eateries and food from all over the world basically.
\nPuerto Ban\u00fas offer a full range of sporting facilities that are accessible whatever the season. If you prefer water sports, Puerto Ban\u00fas beaches has them all.
\nAccess to golf is outstanding as El Rosario is adjacent to Santa Clara Gold and the Marbella Golf Country Club. For their parts, Greenlife Golf, Santa Mar\u00eda and Cabopino golf are three other courses only a couple of kilometres\u2019 drive to the east.<\/p>\n

\u2022 PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
\n\u2022 No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time & work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some ‘party friendly’ properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
\n\u2022 AC\/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
\n\u2022 Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
\n\u2022 Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM – 5.00 AM).
