\nNueva Andalucia is renowned for its wonderful selection of high-quality bars and restaurants. In the Centro Plaza you have a good choice of restaurants, cafes and American Deli. Just along the road, you can head to the casino and more restaurants. Amongst which is the original site of the famous Costa del Sol chain of Terra Sana, which serves delicious, fresh and healthy cuisine, they also serve great breakfast! Nueva Andalucia is also home to one of the best Indian restaurants on the Costa del Sol, The Taj Mahal, it\u2019s like eating in your front room, but the food is delicious and service friendly.<\/p>\n

Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately. \u2022 No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time & work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some ‘party friendly’ properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property. \u2022 AC\/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect. \u2022 Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems.
