The apartment
Welcome to your perfect getaway on the Costa del Sol! This newly built, modern retreat is designed with comfort, style, and relaxation in mind. Step inside and you’ll immediately notice the airy, open design that makes the home feel bright and inviting. The living area is cozy yet modern, with soft furnishings that invite you to sink in after a day exploring the coast. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm atmosphere that’s perfect for both relaxed mornings and laid-back evenings with your family or friends. At the heart of the property, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. With modern appliances and plenty of space, cooking will surely be a breeze. And with an inviting dining area, meals quickly turn into memories shared around the table. The property comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for families or groups. There are three bedrooms in total: two with double beds for restful nights, and one thoughtfully set with two single beds. Two sleek, modern bathrooms mean there’s no waiting around in the mornings, keeping everyone relaxed and ready for the day ahead! One of the its highlights is the terrace with an al fresco dang area overlooking stunning views. Whether you’re enjoying a leisurely breakfast in the sunshine or winding down with a glass of wine under the stars, it’s the perfect spot to soak up the Mediterranean lifestyle. For an even more elevated experience, head up to the rooftop terrace and pool area, shared within the complex. Here, panoramic views meet sparkling waters. Other details to note
• PetsAs much as we love pets, this house does NOT accept any pets in the house sorry. • No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time & work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some ‘party friendly’ properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property. • AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect. • Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that. • Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM – 5.00 AM). • Check-out is at latest 11AM. • You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella. • No young groups, below 30 years old are allowed in this villa and it is not OK to have unregistered guests staying in the house overnight.
