The Townhouse

Tucked into a quiet corner of central Marbella, this sea-view townhouse invites you to slow down and settle in. As you arrive, you’ll notice the calm of a small, friendly community where everything feelsa little more relaxed, and personal. Step through the gate, and it already feels like you’ve found your place.

Inside, the home opens up across four thoughtfully designed floors, each one offering its own space to unwind. The ground floor is where days naturally begin and end. Sunlight streams in, filling the newly renovated kitchen and lounge with a warm, easy glow. Mornings might start here with coffee by the terrace, while evenings drift into simple meals over shared stories. The terrace leads you down to a private patio with a traditional Spanish brick BBQ which is perfect for slow dinners under the open sky. And only a few steps away, the shared saltwater pool waits.

Downstairs, the basement transforms into your own private cinema. With a 130-inch projector and space for everyone to gather, it’s the kind of room where movie nights turn into lasting memories.

Upstairs, the home continues to unfold. On the second floor, three bedrooms offer restful spaces after a day out. One has its own ensuite and terrace, while the others share a bright, modern bathroom. Each room is cooled with air conditioning and styled for comfort, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.

At the very top, the attic has been converted into a peaceful retreat. With its own bathroom and terrace, it’s a quiet space where you can take in the beautiful views of Marbella’s rooftops stretching toward the sea. It’s also where you’ll find the washing machine and dryer – practical touches that make longer stays convenient.

Every detail has been refreshed in the 2024 renovation, from the rebuilt kitchen to updated flooring, new furniture, and upgraded appliances. Fast WiFi runs throughout the home, and keypad locks and an alarm system provide both security and peace of mind.

Beyond the house, Marbella is right at your doorstep. A short walk takes you to the charm of Old Town, while the beach is just a little further along. Not only that, you’ll find hiking trails, a supermarket, and local sports clubs nearby as well!

Other details to note

• Security Deposit

Please respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that. A security deposit of 400 Euro will be held from arrival until you leave the property, to ensure you leave our vacation home in good condition.

• Pets

As much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No Parties

You are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time & work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some ‘party friendly’ properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/Heater

Turn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect. For monthly discounted bookings, the guest will stand responsible for the electricity costs.

• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM – 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
